Vertically Integrated Mine to Magnet Model – REalloys sources rare earth material from ore concentrate at its Hoidas Lake project, monazite through its Saskatchewan Research Council agreement, and secondary sources such as recycled magnets, e-waste, lamp phosphors, and mine tailings, spanning every stage from mining through metallization, alloying, and magnet manufacturing.
Strategic Saskatchewan Research Council Partnership – Through its SRC agreement, REalloys has access to the only North American facility able to crack monazite and remove uranium and thorium at commercial scale, typically the bottleneck for Western rare earth processors. REalloys holds rights to 80% of the oxides and metals produced at the facility, with a right of first refusal on the rest.
Feedstock Diversification via Offtake Agreements – REalloys holds offtake and strategic supply agreements tied to third-party projects, including Critical Metals Corp.'s Tanbreez project in Greenland and St. George Mining's Araxa project in Brazil, broadening its access to rare earth feedstock beyond its own Hoidas Lake project.
Early Revenue Growth Amid Non-Cash Driven Net Loss – Net revenue reached $706,000 in Q1 2026, up from $0 in Q1 2025, from rare earth metal and magnet material sales. The company's Q1 2026 net loss was $106.7 million, driven almost entirely by non-cash items including $81.8 million in stock-based compensation, a $6.4 million impairment, and $9.2 million in preferred stock accretion.
Strengthened Capital Position and Nasdaq Listing – REalloys became public via a reverse recapitalization with Blackboxstocks Inc., beginning trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under ALOY on February 25, 2026, and was added to the Russell 3000 Index effective June 1, 2026. A March 9, 2026 public offering raised approximately $46.8 million in net proceeds, and a June 24, 2026 private placement raised approximately $100 million in gross proceeds.

Vertically Integrated Mine-to-Magnet Platform
REalloys' platform spans the full rare earth value chain rather than a single stage of it, covering mining, recycling, oxide production, metallization, alloying, and magnet manufacturing.
Its feedstock diversity draws on ore concentrate from the Hoidas Lake project, monazite supplied through its Saskatchewan Research Council agreement, and secondary sources including recycled magnets, e-waste, lamp phosphors, and acid mine drainage or tailings.
Through its SRC partnership, REalloys has access to the only North American facility capable of cracking monazite and removing uranium and thorium at commercial scale, holding rights to 80% of the oxides and metals produced, with a right of first refusal on the rest.
Its Euclid Magnet Facility in Ohio, acquired through the PMT Critical Metals purchase, is expanding through a planned U.S. metallization facility targeting 3,000 tons per year using an in-house hydrofluoric-acid-free process, and planned magnet production scaling toward 10,000 tons per year of NdFeB magnets.
Offtake and strategic supply agreements tied to Critical Metals Corp.'s Tanbreez project in Greenland and St. George Mining's Araxa project in Brazil expand REalloys' access to feedstock beyond its own assets.

Recent Strategic Developments
REalloys has been active on the partnership and financing front, including a November 2025 series of processing and metallization agreements with the Saskatchewan Research Council and a March 2026 announcement of a fully financed heavy rare earth metallization facility with SRC.
A May 2026 Department of War memorandum on domestic heavy rare earth supply and a June 2026 Army partnership to operate processing facilities at the Tooele Army base in Utah reflect deepening federal engagement.
A July 2026 non-binding letter of intent with JS Link aims to develop an integrated rare earth magnet platform, building on an April 2026 demonstration of REalloys' hydrofluoric-acid-free metal production process.

Positioned for Long-Term Growth
REalloys is building a vertically integrated domestic supply chain across mining, processing, metallization, and magnet manufacturing while using partnerships with SRC, Critical Metals Corp., and the U.S. Army to expand capacity.
The May 2026 offtake agreement with Critical Metals Corp. for 15% of Tanbreez Phase 1 production and the June 2026 Army partnership to operate processing facilities at Tooele expand its access to feedstock and defense customers.
The July 2026 non-binding letter of intent with JS Link strengthens REalloys' position in the growing market for domestic rare earth magnets, with commercial-scale metallization and magnet production still ahead.
